I can not thank Paul (Mcnally Domestics) enough for the great service he provided. He came round yesterday to identify the fault with my Hotpoint Washing Machine (7 years old - drum not spinning).
He arrived quickly and found the correct problem first time. Paul explained what options i had and gave me a free quote.
Paul was able to find a refurbished motor and return the next day to fix the washing machine. I'm clearing the washing back log now. He was great with my baby daughter and I would not hesitate to refer him to a friend.
The best thing was the cost, I consider the service great value. The cost for Parts (Refurbished Motor) and Labour was little more than a call out charge of some companies.
